A couple weeks later he was turning yellow and they rechecked. They saw what had happened and told his wife &quot;sorry there is nothing we can do, take him home and tell him he is going to die&quot;. She has the medical records from VA to prove all of this. But they keep denying any claims for wrongful death. What can she do directly with VA about this, as attorneys are a joke.
