One of the major hurtles many military members have when transitioning into the civilian workforce is the lack of proper certifications in the civilian workforce. There are plenty of organizations out there that charge an arm and a leg for these certifications, but Syracuse is stepping up for free. JPMorgan is sponsoring the program and I am personally taking the PHR prep course.
