Solidarity against oppression and terrorism, I stand with firm resolve against these perpetrators and for what they stand for. The people of the United States know that Liberty, democracy, rights and freedoms are not to be taken lightly and do not come without cost. The US,France and our NATO brothers will stand up for freedom and a resurgence of terrorism. We stand together against tyranny so should we stand in arm in arm with the French Military against those who would perpetrate a cowardice attack in Paris and less we forget 9/11 as terrorist conducted their despicable act on our soil. lets stand together and proudly eliminate the threat. These actions will test our resolve and will but we shall stand tall and free in the end. We need to stand tall and show the world that we will not bow down to terrorism and if other countries stand together we will eliminate this threat and make the world a safer place.

Let's all step back, take a deep breath and wait for the Facts. I have not seen anything yet from Credible sources that indicate that France has actually chosen to Invoke the Article.

My intent was not to say the French President did invoke Article 5 but to build a discussion on the subject. The US invoked Article 5 after 9/11 and I believe that it is within France's right to do the same. If you don't think ISIS requires a global response then you are totally mistaken.

As for the internment of Muslims in the US, think of these two points:
1 . The US did just that after Pearl Harbor during WWII - thus there is president.
2. HLS, and US Immigration have already lost contact with those some of the Syrians who have been given asylum in the US already.

Food for thought to those who have served - those seeking asylum are claiming to by Syrians, they are undocumented with no way to verify their status, other Arab nations don't want them, Germany has had a rise in crime and violent crime in relocation areas for Syrian refugees, demographics of the refugees there are a majority of males between the ages of 18 and 26 seeking asylum. Point, if they love their country shouldn't they be fighting for it instead of running away. Shouldn't they serve in their military like our young men and women.
