Former NFL Cheerleader receives "48 Week-Ends" for rape... Do you think this is an appropriate sentence for rape/molestation of a minor?

Granted, she did get fined $10,650 to pay to the victims family, and has to register as a sex offender, however, considering other cases you have heard about in the past coupled by what we've learned through endless hours of military training, what are your thoughts on her sentence; Do you think it was an appropriate sentence? If not, what do you think she should have received? If yes, why do you think she received the sentence she did? And as far as I can recall, I don't ever recall a sentence such as this for the sexual assault/misconduct/rape of a minor...

THIS IS SICK!! 47 year old woman, 15 year old boy...What message are they sending in Baltimore? 20 years minimum, Send the right message...What the hell is wrong with us?

I don't think this was a fair, or appropriate, sentencing and truth be told had this been a man and a little girl, his behind would have been UNDER the jail house. Again, when you look at the history, same violation receive different sentences and seem to be based more on the sex of the molester, or their position in society, in most of these cases.

I saw this on Fox News online and one of the comments was "The father is jealous because he didn't get to hit it first", and there were others like that where the jealousy of the father was blamed. If the roles were reversed, those comments wouldn't have been there, and the man would be trying to dig his way into China to get away from those who would do him harm in prison. She should've gotten the same treatment, but got over on the system. Epic fail for the judicial system. Jarod should take notice while he's digging his way into China.

Unbelievable. So a SGT just received 20 years in federal prison for receipt of images and videos of child pornography and she gets this.
