This just goes to show you that we're all fallible human beings ... Even military prosecutors. I'm saddened to hear the news, but justice prevailed, and that's certainly very important.

20 years, for an officer that is so rare but I guess as a prosecutor there is no way of saying "I dd not know the law" threw the book at him.
