For what reasons would this trip be denied by DTS today?

So cool.
But why would it be rejected by the DTS system today?

No digital signature to verify everything is accurate. He didnt try to arrange travel at the best cost to the military.

Nope I would approve it

1: POV was to Terminal to procure Government Transportation
2: In and around mileage is fine as he would have to drive from the training site, chow and sleep.
3: Meals and Lodging were provided so no receipts are needed
4: The can't read the other expense...I'd probably ask the SM to explain what there are...but from the looks of it he probably wouldn't need receipts for any of them since they are under $75 and don't raise any red flags with me.
