No digital signature to verify everything is accurate. He didnt try to arrange travel at the best cost to the military.

Too bad he's outside the window to appeal, he would be authorized much more for his POV mileage.
I like the fact that he used Gov't meals, many of todays' Soldier would claim they should get full per diem!
