For how long is Unit Armorer school good?

Going to unit armorer school soon, just wanting to know how long the certification or credit is good for? Is it like CLS which is only good for a year, or is it for my time in the army?

Armorer school never expires.

i got mine at AIT and im pretty sure it lasts forever

Should be good to go as long as you're in the slot for as long as you want, or it can be a secondary MOS if you decide to reclass to something else brother SGT(P) Private RallyPoint Member

Doesn't expire, went to school once, was a unit armor off and on for 3-4 years.

It doesn’t Expire as far as I know.
But if you change duty stations you might have to take a day course so you understand the SOP there.
At FT. Campbell I took the unit armorer course and then once a month was suppose to attend a day class.
