For former Army 79R's, what civilian occupations are most compatible with your skills and experience?

Sales and corporate recruiting are the most obvious. I have found that civ ed + experience as a BN Ops NCO and MEPS SGC prepared me for a career in Export Compliance in the logistics industry. Regulation research, attention to detail, and quality control are just a few skills that directly translate. Any other examples?

I went straight into a Human Resources Director position, now in a Sr.HR Specialist role as a recruiter/sourcing specialist. Numerous transferable skills in the HR field.

Following as I retire soon and running into issue where civilian employers do not see that recruiting experience is equivalent to sales in civilian sector as I am looking into sales management positions.
