Id be happy to give a graphic, hand on demonstration as to why it was improper, abusive, and not an ethical training technique. Id guess at the end of the demonstration, where she is an active participant, she would agree. If your dog is excessively barking, get off your backside and go find out why. It's unbelievable that she thinks its ok! Grabbing a dog by their muzzle can be just as effective and without being abusive and harmful like duct tape. Someone should duct tape her mouth shut! I'm sure the police are working through the night on this case and if they are what a waste of man power when they could be out catching all the drunk drivers, kidnappers, and drug dealers that are more important in the city.
