I'm teleworking today, but I am going to do abs and legs and pushups on my own. My battle buddy developed a custom workout for me with Army exercises to target problem areas.
I wish everyone affected by the snow safe travels if you have to go out and stay warm!

PV2 (Join to see) if you ever want to move up to something more challenging I have been working on a program that can be done just about anywhere for extreme beginners all the way to master gymnasts. It has mostly bodyweight exercises and stretching that can help improve strength, endurance, and flexibility overall. Been working well for me so far.

Send it my way CPT Zachary Brooks! I'm on a mission this year. I've quit all sodas including diet, cheese, white flour, and white sugar. That first week going off of all of it was hell! I'm following a modified paleo diet. I'm doing kickboxing 3 times a week, trying to run 2-3 times a week and need to incorporate some toning and more conditioning. My goal this year is to fight.

PV2 (Join to see) I had to cut a lot out too it makes it easier for exercising but I adapted chia seeds into my diet they work really good.
