How ironic! Turns out that a majority of the protesters in Ferguson, MO were supposed to get paid for it! Now it turns out that their liberal "masters" aren't even going to pay them for all their hard vandalism (work)! Ha ha ha! Wish i could get paid 5k just to cause trouble! lol

Ohhhhh no comment here! It won't be anything acceptable for RP. This whole situation has already sparked me.

Boo F'ing hoo...Cry me a river. There is no cure for stupid. Anyone thinking they will get paid to protest by a liberal would fall into that category.

This sounds more like Duffle Blog drivel. Getting paid to protest, HA! Almost as funny as tripping over a sidewalk and expecting a payout.

http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/news/why-baltimore-blew-up-20150526 Â there is more to these protests than gets discussed here. This is a good read.
It wasn't just the killing of Freddie Gray. Inside the complex legal infrastructure that encourages — and covers up — police violence

You can thank the jack asses(special interest) who use the sellout dumb down society in this country that claim a political party (left & right) more so the left, who has made promises when they was elected and bash the other party! Its a chess game with high stakes. So, this my opinion.

Everything I know about the Ferguson Case I did not learn from any media outlet.
Everything I read after the incident occurred has been hot @ss Garbage!! Whenever the media depicts a grown man as a gentle giant or they try to show pictures of this individual from three years ago WE all should know there is a Snow Ball coming.
I got to see the autopsy report and the pictures of the where the bullets impacted his body and came up with my own conclusion prior to the Grand Jury Indictment. Mr. Brown was charging the police officer and was not surrendering. He was in an offensive posture and the Officer reacted according to the Action he was dealing with. Try dealing with the same actions and see what the outcome would be. Feel free to challenge me if you want (on my own assumptions), but I have prior training, knowledge, and a lot of other things that help me come to the conclusions I do.

Despite the claims from the echo chamber, *not one* verifiable fact has surfaced to support the claim that protesters were brought in en-masse with the promise of large paydays. All of the reports of such, including from the sources cited here, for example the oft-repeated $5,000 bit, either end in dead-end assertions from various right-wing blogs being incredulously reported as fact or trace back to one of a few twitter comments making allegations about things they heard second-hand. *Yes, all of them.*
Seriously, people. Research isn't that hard, and the lies about paid protesters fall apart upon just a slight amount of scrutiny. I would expect better, but time has shown me pretty well that our military is no more immune to this baloney than the population at large.
The only verifiable item is that donations were made from around the nation with the intent of being to help the residents of Ferguson, and they claim that they have seen at most a minuscule sliver of it. That's a problem in it's own right, and rightfully demands attention, but it is not the phony scandal that the echo chamber is trying to hype.

This is an opinion based subject. Hence why I asked you this question. People do not have to research ever post until they get a PhD in the subject. I left links for YOU to make up your mind. There is no hype but what you brought. I appreciate your comments about this and I hope no hard feelings. Thank you for your opinion!

//This is an opinion based subject. Hence why I asked you this question.//
You made a specific claim, that while it may well be your personal opinion is also almost certainly false (and for which the supposed evidence is severely lacking). That you *have* an opinion doesn't make it valid, and you asked no question soliciting opinions but rather just shared your own. Calling it all just opinion now, after the fact, is mere back-pedaling.
//People do not have to research ever post until they get a PhD in the subject.//
Never suggested they did, so that's somewhat of a straw-man. But they *should* do at least rudimentary fact-checking before posting bold assertions as fact, especially ones as suspicious as this. That both you and so many others in this thread (and in quite a few other places on RP) failed to do so is a sad reflection on so many things.
//There is no hype but what you brought.//
Says the person who uncritically linked to hysterical stories spreading rumors without evidence. I think you need to reevaluate what you consider 'hype'.
//I left links for YOU to make up your mind.//
You left links as supposed evidence for your claim. That the evidence was shoddy seems to have eluded you.
//I appreciate your comments about this and I hope no hard feelings.//
Oh, there's no hard feelings, but it's pretty clear that we hold ourselves and the people around us to different standards, and I'm not much of a fan of the low standard you employed.
//Thank you for your opinion!//
Everything in my originating comment, save for my comment that I would expect better and the first half of the last sentence, is verifiable as true. That removes it from the assertion of being mere opinion.

Does this surprise anyone?
Seriously, ACORN was in this business up to their eyeballs. Clearly there is a niche for "professional protesters".
However, this is not a credible source. There needs to be something more than single-source reporting before we buy that this is the case here.

Blogs are not credible sources, SFC Joseph James. This is a compilation of items reported elsewhere, not independent reporting.
Not that I think the story is false, just that I've learned long ago to confirm things reported by those who clearly have an agenda.

LTC Bink Romanick, ACORN may be defunct, but it's sour offspring are still out there. One of them was cited in the accompanying article as specifically a renamed ACORN outpost.
I'll await your honorable rescinding of your down vote.
