Ferguson, MO: Should the Missouri NG be called in? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/ferguson-mo-should-the-missouri-ng-be-called-in

I was in Tampa for a class last week, and didn't get to watch much of the news/details surrounding the shooting in Ferguson.
But based on what I have seen today with rioting and violation of curfews, etc...should the MO NG be called in? From what I have seen, the state police have done what they can, but they have limited resources for handling the situation. I would think that the governor would be seriously considering this as an option.

While not knowing all the facts of this case, it hits very close to home. My brother is a police officer in Texas, and back in 2006, he shot and killed an "unarmed" suspect. Fortunately, his dashboard camera caught the entire thing and showed him to be acting in self defense and he was cleared of all wrong doing.

While I understand the racial tension surrounding this, I pray that cooler heads prevail, and there are no more injuries or deaths. I hope that the indisputable truth comes out and this officer is either exonerated or prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
