Combat Arms, I can understand, provided some changes are made in regards to the outlook of the Army today. But what about Special Operations? Should women be integrated into the elite, covert, and secretive brotherhood that is CAG and SF? My personal opinion is that Special Forces should remain a no-go. Combat Arms however, I can accept, provided that changes be made as far as the viewpoint of women vs men. Ever seen Starship Troopers? If they made OSUT the way it is in that movie, where gender was a non-issue, and the female form was a commonplace thing, then I believe it would cease to be an issue, in regards to SHARP and EO. However, the first few years, the numbers of complaints and crimes will rise. That's a given, and anyone who says otherwise is naive. But in the long run, would that be worth it, to fully integrate women into the Combat Arms (more specifically, the Infantry)?
