Is it fraud if a federal credit union failed to uphold VA federal guidelines in the underwriting for VA home loan?

My federal credit union failed to follow the federal underwriting standards when approving my home loan.
Because of this I was handed a title that is not clean and there is misrepresentation by sellers. I know this is not uncommon, but the VA will not work with me at all and they are the only authorized enforcement of these federal laws. Looking for anyone that has dealt with this situation.
Two congressional inquires to the VBA didn’t do anything. VBA just diverts the problem as homeowner issues.
Can’t believe the VA has thrown me so far under the bus without one iota of interest in my need.
Where the oversight?

So sorry to hear this is still a huge problem. You’re not alone.

The VA hands off all responsibility to the buyer and this is a huge problem for veteran homeowners who are recruited by these lenders sanctioned by the VA - the Veterans are a targeted community by many government authorized entities for home lending to eligible veterans; others like Medicare who hustle veterans, and USAA, many banks and lending institutions partner with the VA through the Customer Experience Program established by Linda Davis under the Trump Administration. Many of these approved entities just want access to the veterans population for either research or a guaranteed customer base. They don’t care what happens to the veterans. And to add insult to injury, these federal employees act as consultants to navigate these companies through the VA Procurement process and allows them access to the veterans database without the veterans knowledge or approval. The veteran rarely knows what the underlying challenges are to resolve their problems complicated by the inside betrayal of government employees. These are most political appointees who come and go and leave no blueprint or established policy that is transparent or recognized for the veteran to appeal.
