You are correct in that it hasn&#39;t been scrolled yet if at the phase.<br /><br />10 U.S.C. § 3583 gives the &quot;Requirement of exemplary conduct&quot;* which is basically the &quot;make sure they didn&#39;t do anything that&#39;s going to bite us in the hindquarter&quot; step.<br /><br />Everyone on the list is run through a final review with Army CID, the DAIG and a view of everyone&#39;s restricted portion of the AMHRR.<br /><br />This could be a quick or lengthy process depending on how many people are on the list.
