Started listening to it on the radio in about 1950 and followed through its entire TV life. Knew Marshal Dillon would be faced with a hard obstacle to overcome or decision to make each week and always looked forward to the show. Shows did not always end up with a shooting, hanging, or beat-down. Always waited for Marshal Dillon & Ms. Kitty to hook up but it never happened. Remember a young Bert Reynolds? & of course, Festus always had words of wisdom to offer.Response by Capt Tom Brown made Jul 21 at 2016 8:15 AM2016-07-21T08:15:25-04:002016-07-21T08:15:25-04:00SGT David T.1736946<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Firefly...sort of a western lolResponse by SGT David T. made Jul 21 at 2016 9:12 AM2016-07-21T09:12:09-04:002016-07-21T09:12:09-04:00MSgt Richard Rountree1736972<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Deadwood is the best western series I've ever seen. But in regards to television shows I really enjoyed the show Firefly which was basically a space western. They even had a train heist episode.Response by Cpl Justin Goolsby made Jul 21 at 2016 10:25 AM2016-07-21T10:25:51-04:002016-07-21T10:25:51-04:002016-07-20T22:35:57-04:00
