How will I be impacted when I PCS for a compassionate reassignment while flagged for being under investigation?

I'm flagged for being under investigation and possible adverse action. This all happened while I had compassionate reassignment orders. HRC denied my units request for deferrment and said won't delete my orders or change my report date, which is in 9 days. I won't be considered failure to gain and nothing will blowback on me once my report date passes? I assumed the deferrment would go through since I'm flagged and all, so kinda unexpected.

It's more of a hit on your command than you, but you're still at fault because you failed to continue out processing while waiting for the deferment. They are CR orders, if you have your orders in hand you can probably make the report date. I've seen people go from getting orders to flying out of country in 14 days with compassionate reassignments

You got the PCS, but there isn’t enough info related to the crime. It is yet possible that your unit pursue charges depending on severity of the crime and their willingness to be prosecute. Sometimes-out of site , out of mind.

Don’t compound the problem by not making your reporting date at your new assignment. Get out processed and GO!

If you have been flagged, then ALL personnel actions are locked up. Meaning no awards, promotions , change of station, etc, till the flag is lifterd.
