SPC Private RallyPoint Member 6023857 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>He has been constantly keeping tabs on me and portrayed me as someone who doesn&#39;t do anything and basically only been on details and &#39;chilling&#39; infront of my peers and other NCOs. He is new to our squad/unit and has only known me as a soldier for a few months out of which time either I was away on another mission and he was on EL. For him to have formed such a perceived notion about me and influencing my peers to have the same outlook about my performance is highly unfair and demoralizing to me as a soldier. He has recently taken over as our SL and seems to keep on finding faults in me while it other soldiers with similar issues are overlooked. I feel I am being targeted as I am quiet by nature and donot tend to become confrontational unlike some soldiers. However I would not be saying if his behavior wasn&#39;t getting to me, I have started to become mentally stressed and donot look forward to going to work, basically lacking motivation towards my job. I fear this could get worse if I don&#39;t do anything in regards to the situation. What options to I have here? Facing issues with a particular NCO who continuously has taken upon himself to undermine me in everything I do and say? 2020-06-19T18:38:13-04:00 SPC Private RallyPoint Member 6023857 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>He has been constantly keeping tabs on me and portrayed me as someone who doesn&#39;t do anything and basically only been on details and &#39;chilling&#39; infront of my peers and other NCOs.
