Achievements states that The board proceedings, award certificate, or DA form 1059 ( Service School Academic Evaluation Report) may be used as source documents:<br />1- Soldier/NCO of the Quarter, BDE level, 10 <br />2-Soldier/NCO of the Quarter, installation/division, 15<br />How do those points get processed? My S1 has no ideas how to process this and add the points to soldier record.
