While writing it, I cannot place my Navy Rank in the Rank spot, it only has Naval Officer ranks. Does anyone know if HRC will accept it blank or is there a fix for this.Enlisted SNCO's in other services do not have ranks in the new NCOER. Will leaving the rank block blank be accepted by HRC?2016-01-27T12:24:48-05:00CWO3 Private RallyPoint Member1262127<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am the rater for two army personnel. Choosing SSG in the Rater rank block was not an option. I had to choose OTHER and then type in my rank. Perhaps that will be the same in your case.Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 27 at 2016 1:17 PM2016-01-27T13:17:51-05:002016-01-27T13:17:51-05:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member1262678<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>We just ran into the same issue. Playing around with the new form we found out you need to select, other. Then you can manually type in the Rank. Not sure why this is this way as most selections for the "NCO"er will be SSG and SFC.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 27 at 2016 3:58 PM2016-01-27T15:58:53-05:002016-01-27T15:58:53-05:002016-01-27T12:24:48-05:00
