Several years ago I discovered that my ability to learn had slowed quite a bit.
We hear that children are the fastest learners and as we age that ability falls off.
Well, that is no longer the case for me. I sincerely hope that anyone who reads this will try it. Please bear with me as I tell you the events that brought me to this point. Without them, you would lose perspective on what happened to me and what I did to fix it and the MANY other benefits I've had.
It started 30 years ago when I was 27. I contracted the FLU in the fall of 1989, and died on January 2, 1990 at 2:03 a.m., Indiana time. Not going into all of the details of what happened but I want you to know that it not only damaged my prostate, ALL of my reddish blonde hair and beard turned stark white.
Several years ago my Primary DR. at the VA told me that I have a fatty liver and is the reason I couldn't lose weight, thyroid corrected with synthroid.
So, a couple years ago were out shopping and I decided to stop at a GNC Vitamin shoppe.
Explained the problem and the owner was an herbalist. He recommended that I take "SOY LECITHIN" and milk thistle. He explained that 1.5 percent of the population is allergic to it, symptom is a mild rash that looks like chicken pox. And to start slow.
My regimen stages:
First week 2 twice a day.
Second week 3 twice a day.
Miracle 1) My prostate shrunk and I could go normally, no more straining to empty the bladder and numb legs.
I increased it over the next year to 6 in morning with morning, 4 lunchtime, 6 before dinner and evening pills and 4 more before bedtime.
Miracle 2) There was a marked improvement in my ability to learn and concentrate.
Miracle 3) The pressure on the right side of my abdomen was a lot less, fatty liver shrinking.
Over that year I lost 40 pounds.
There is another source of lecithin and that's Sunflower. So I did comparative research, and read a lot about the two.
So last year I switched to the Sunflower lecithin but the same amount as before. In many ways, sunflower lecithin is better than the soy one. SO and I stress this: IF YOU are allergic to SUNFLOWER seeds or OIL. Stick to the soy.
Miracle 4) Lost another 55 pounds totalling 95 pounds and 6 inches off my waistline.
Miracle 5) This one comes from my Granddaughter Isabella. "Paw Paw, you can't be Santa Claus because your beard is red".
These are my personal benefits. Now I will list what's on the WWW and you can do the same searches.
The most publicized. Used as a make enhancement to increase prostate ejaculate. May be important to some.
DR's give 30 grams per day for dimentia.
DR's give 50 grams per day to Alzheimer's patients.
Lecithin combined with milk thistle dissolves kidney and fall stones.
Lecithin taken before meals:
Increases absorbtion of food, supplements and RX. My and my Wife's DR's reduced our synthroid amount by 100ug per day.
It's also a good appetite suppressant by feeling full and turning ON the natural FULL switch that we've been taught to ignore. Mom, "Clean your plate. Children in China are starving."
Improves mental acuity, thought process, concentration by acting as a natural conductor in all neurological pathways.
I know that I'm probably missing something.
But I want to assure you. Lecithin is in every green leaf you have in a salad and in red meat.
We're all getting some every time we eat.
Just so you know, before lecithin my weight was 358. New year's day was 262.
As a former weight lifter at 220 I had a 32 inch waist.
God willing I will be there this year. Just 42 more to lose.
I know that this discussion was about Alzheimer's patients. This method ranks at the top of the list, all natural, it's a food extract.
Just remembered what I wanted to say. My Wife has a mental condition called "empty cella syndrome". It's located right behind the pituitary gland.
The symptom is, during a conversation she'll say a completely different word and not even know that she did it.
She's taking the soy one, 3-3 times a day and she can have a good conversation without you wondering what she's talking about.
Hope that this helps someone. It surely changed mine. And I can scratch off 2 prostate pills that I never have to take again.Response by PO3 Timothy Thomas made Jan 2 at 2020 10:57 PM2020-01-02T22:57:01-05:002020-01-02T22:57:01-05:002015-10-04T22:19:21-04:00
