Well out of all of those programs only one is for NCO's or E5 and up. The other one is for E9's. Everything else is for Officers.

Many of those would be very interesting positions to hold and add to ones resume. I may have to consider applying for a couple (ones that I am able to apply for)

I was actually really excited about the Congressional Fellowship 2017...until I saw E9 and above only :( I even had a CPT bring this specific opportunity up to me and say "This is perfect for you!" I had to point out, I'm a few ranks short.
