SFC Private RallyPoint Member 65512 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Here is the situation:  Soldier A&amp;B are dual military enrolled in the MACP.<div><br></div><div>A is higher ranking with no children.<div>B has 2 children that are in shared custody with the Non military Ex.</div><br /></div><div><br></div><div>Since A&amp;B have been married the children were always kept on Soldier B's DEERs since that individual was the parent.</div><div><br></div><div>If A&amp;B have a child together, whose DEERs should the new child go under?
