I HIGHLY doubt it. But it is possible. What would be hilarious is if she is somehow elected president while serving time.

If it really gets that far (it won't), she will surely receive a Presidential Pardon in order to prevent embarrassing details from coming out.

SSgt Alex Robinson - If she does not get indicted, prosecuted and convicted, it will be a travesty. I think there is a great possibility she will actually be indicted. Do I think she would be convicted and sentenced to any prison time? Highly unlikely. Equal justice under the law is nonexistent in the Obama Administration.
