Does your installation have a Sisters in Arms and/or Brothers in Arms program?

Sisters in Arms is a forum for women to "strengthen peer-to-peer bonds, ingrain professional ethics, enhance professional and personal growth, and provide mentorship and guidance to one another". The program allows for women of all services - enlisted, warrant, and officer - to come together in an open and welcoming environment to speak candidly about their experiences in life and work. During the meetings, women are encouraged to ask questions, offer advice, and provide a safe haven, so to speak, to encourage and support each other.
