Does your employer seek out veteran specific talent referrals?

I've always wanted to know how many of our members work for organizations that incentivize veteran specific referrals. Many companies I've seen have 1-2 recruiters that focus solely on military recruiting. I'm curious to know if your current employer encourages you to bring veteran talent their way. Always wanted to get a better idea of total industry percentages here. Please leave a comment with the type of veteran recruiting program you currently have or would set up if you were the head of talent. Looking forward to these ideas. Thanks for your time!

Yes, but I work in a small company and most of our clients are under the DoD so we need folks who can speak the same language
