This is shocking to me. Crazy differences throughout the country. I would just like to break even on our house in AZ right now :)

I work at homes.com so nothing in realty surprises me except for realtors' sense of extreme entitlement

CPT Robert Ashman they have definitely started to go up in Colorado! That makes me happy because I was up side down on my leased property. That's why it's leased. Unfortunately, I don't think the housing market will ever get corrected in California. You wouldn't believe the duplexes that are going for over $290K for 800 square feet of nothing. They aren't even close to the Ocean!
