Not the VA specifically, but they do offer advice* on what you can do from VA loan technicians.

Additionally, the federal government established the Homeowner Assistance Fund* in 2021 which you might be eligible for.

However, as Lt Col Charlie Brown said, your most likely option is to discuss it with your bank and work out a repayment plan, loan modification, etc.
