Constructive...no one plans to fail, they just fail to plan. Our foreign policy has been such that I feel wrong in calling it a policy? IF someone can tell me what our plan is, or was, I would love to listen but either we do not have a plan or we are not following that plan. Try taking your hands of the steering wheel while driving home tonight and let me know how this ends up...if and when you get out of the hospital. Prior to the Fox News era, most of the negative things that occurred in this count4ry stayed in this country. Now with the 24-hour media news cycle, the entire world can now see that we fight internally and aren't the juggernaut that we once were in the 1990s. What we don't have is the political fortitude to see a policy through the next election cycle. The problem is that every world leader knows it (be they friend or foe). This administration has coddled our enemies and crapped on our allies. I believe many allied countries do not trust us now and our enemies see us as weak.
