Seeing a nutritionist is the best way educate oneself about any problems body & diet related. <br />The High Fructose/Glucose Corn Syrup; sticks to your body longer and it's in almost everything super processed. There is a historical reason why manufactures started used these chemicals instead of sugar; but not going to bore everyone with tedious details.Response by Bethina Lee made Oct 11 at 2024 5:50 PM2024-10-11T17:50:48-04:002024-10-11T17:50:48-04:00SFC Kelly Fuerhoff8886801<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Lol no.Response by SFC Kelly Fuerhoff made Oct 12 at 2024 9:20 PM2024-10-12T21:20:41-04:002024-10-12T21:20:41-04:00CPT Private RallyPoint Member8887128<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>The Army has Holistic Health and Fitness, H2F, trainers at every unit and an Army Wellness Center at each base. As a commander I have sent soldiers there upon failing their Height/Weight. Now I am treated for it at the VA. Unfortunately, it is part of my family's medical history and has killed my great-grandfather and a cousin in the Netherlands.
