Seeing a nutritionist is the best way educate oneself about any problems body &amp; diet related. <br />The High Fructose/Glucose Corn Syrup; sticks to your body longer and it&#39;s in almost everything super processed. There is a historical reason why manufactures started used these chemicals instead of sugar; but not going to bore everyone with tedious details. As a commander I have sent soldiers there upon failing their Height/Weight. They do learn about health risks, including diabetes. Now I am treated for it at the VA. Unfortunately, it is part of my family&#39;s medical history and has killed my great-grandfather and a cousin in the Netherlands. I follow my instructions from the VA to the letter. My P.A. at the clinic treats me like I am his only patient.
