Does some kind of a universal map exist telling me what units have my MOS (or is there someone I can call)? If so, where/who?

I am trying to switch from a 92A Logistics Specialist to a 25U Signal Support Specialist. The issue is I need to switch units because my current unit doesn't have any slots. I am having trouble finding units. I call I don't know how many units and their numbers were either dead or no one answered. Is their like a universal map that tells me what units have what MOS or someone I can call?

Are you referring to the USAR? If so, you can contact any Army Reserve Career Counselor and they can find you the closest open vacancy. Message me your information and I can get you in contact with someone.

PFC Gideon, if you want to see all of the authorized duty positions for an MOS you can log in to the Army Career Tracker at https://actnow.army.mil Once you log on, click the green "Plan" icon on the left. From there, go to "Duty Position" search and sort by your grade, status, and MOS. This tool will show you all authorizations for MOS's and what posts they are located at. Keep in mind, this displays authorizations, it does not mean that all of those authorizations are currently available. It should still help with your question.

25u is in almost every unit. Also branch interchangeable

Honestly, I think the best person to talk to would be the monitor who cuts your orders. Because that's the person who is going to know how many slots are open for MOS XXXX coast to coast. He's already informed of how many prospective EAS bodies there are, who is deploying, and what units need more bodies.
