Why Ms Abedin choose to stick with him when this whole gong show got started was a questionable, if understandable decision.<br />My guess is that there is a political component to this. The parallels with the Clintons in the late '90s are obvious. So rather than draw uncomfortable comparisons that the Clintons would prefer to not come up again, she splits with Weiner.<br /><br />Seeing a marriage break up is never good news.
