My BZ look by the FY16 MAJ PSB (Army Reserve) is next month, and I have several periods of unrated time due to transitions between RA and USAR components. There is no derog in my file, and I think IRR time is pretty self-explanatory. Is this a red flag for board members, or just good standard practice?
