Forcing private businesses to close--risking permanent shutdown due to lost revenue--and forcing individuals to stay home regardless of the status of their infection (ie not infected, infected and recovered, or infected) both have already had extremely damaging effects to the livelihoods of millions of Americans.<br />Now, assuming a similar approach, supposed experts have claimed that something like climate change could result in even greater death tolls. I think some of the governors are going bat sh#t crazy in what they are doing (looking at you Michigan and Nevada), but it is up to the voters to see if that is the type of leadership they want during a crisis. Vote accordingly. It is certainly better than having a heavy handed federal gov&#39;t telling everyone how to do stuff. I live in Texas, and we don&#39;t do things the same here as New York (not do we want to). LT Brad McInnis Mon, 30 Mar 2020 19:23:22 -0400 2020-03-30T19:23:22-04:00 2020-03-30T14:35:33-04:00
