SGT's Time was MY time to play with the troops and I would do sling ops, air assaults, land nav, all kinds of hooah stuff. If you give other units enough time, they can coordinate aviation assets for you, piggy back ranges with them, the sky is the limit. Make your own unit hooah. POG or Grunt we are all soldiers and love doing what soldiers do. You are only exemplifying this. This is how you develop the Warrior Spirit in a soldier. I am in a infantry unit in the Guard we and do what we can to keep our soldiers engaged. Kudos to you and your unit for doing this. I am huge believer in land nav. It doesn't what you do in the Army but when you land nav you feel like a soldier.
