Sounds like your BDE S6 failed you.
If you've already run out that option, I second SGT Edwards, see DIV G-6

This is most deffinitly a BDE S-6 function. If the BDE is not being helpful, lean left or right to your other BN 6 shops to see if they have gotten the image in the past.
