Does anyone know where the jobs are at in San diego.

I am in desperate need of help with getting a job. I have never been out of work this long or gone on so many interviews and not gotten hired. I am literally out of answers on what to do. I have moved from LA to Orange County and now San Diego and still no job. I just don't understand.

Zachary,

I signed up with over 25 temp agencies. For some one with my experience they would not temp out since they only get low level jobs and once they see your past pay here they won't use you. They figure you would just quit.

Lewis I have applied at over 300 jobs on USA jobs. the problem is with the site you can store 5 resumes but keep only one active. By the time they look at the resume you sent most likely it will be different since you have to tailor each one for the job and they can take over 120 to review them and if you applied for another job they will get the new resume. There is no way on USA jobs to just send a resume that is not the viewed one. Trust me. I am on every site out there but recently I got a job working at home so let's see how it goes.

Don't know if this will help or not.There are several automotive companies and test facilities that I work with that are always busy.I drive a truck which is not going to help you,but they seem to be looking for well educated people.There is Kia,in Irvine,Link Engineering in Carson,Quantum Technologies in Lake Forest,Tesla,Fremont,any of the port facilities in San Diego,Long Beach,Oxnard and maybe up in Benetia.There is also Nissan Proving Grounds in Stanfield ,AZ.,Volvo,Whittman,Az.All of these companies have testing,shows ,logistics and possibilities if you can figure out how to get in the door.Good Luck!

There's a lot of opportunities in San Diego... mostly real estate and construction... have you considered Manpower? Some of those jobs work into full time. Be sure to check the Career Corner here on RP. Hope that helps... cool breezes... Michael.
