<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>As of now, no date has been pushed for prior service issue. Starting in January of 16 I believe it will get issued to Basic Training soldiers. They want to use all of the ACU pattern items first. That is a big reason why the wear out date is FY19.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>It's my understanding that there is no date set yet and that command has said you may wear your multicam equipment with OCP until the wear out date There was a recent article in Military Times about this subject.
