They are treated pretty much like an AGR Soldier. You are a full-timer with most of the unit (95%???) being part-time or TPUs as they are called. I have seen a few and all of them have been the training NCO responsible for scheduling training for drill weekends and annual training. It is an interesting adjustment from what they have said. I have not heard how it is to transition back to the AC though.

Be prepared to feel like you just joined the Army all over as most of our systems are different and you will have to request permissions for everything and learn new forms and procedures.
Response by LTC Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 10 at 2014 1:29 AM2014-04-10T01:29:10-04:002014-04-10T01:29:10-04:002014-04-09T18:35:38-04:00
