Sgt Will Colby4343236<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I’m hoping to transfer from the Florida National Guard to Active Army. My DD-368 was submitted a little over a month ago and I understand the process could take awhile. I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to track it once it is submitted by your immediate command(company level)? Maybe call one of the Battalion shops, etc. Any guidance is much appreciated.Does anyone know if you can track a DD-368 (conditional release) progress when moving up the chain?2019-02-05T12:40:16-05:00Sgt Will Colby4343236<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I’m hoping to transfer from the Florida National Guard to Active Army. If you ask your command they should be able to let you know how far KP the chain it is.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 5 at 2019 12:48 PM2019-02-05T12:48:21-05:002019-02-05T12:48:21-05:00SFC(P) Private RallyPoint Member4343318<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Yes your UA or your S-1 have access to the system I don't remember the name of it but they will know.Response by SFC(P) Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 5 at 2019 1:00 PM2019-02-05T13:00:13-05:002019-02-05T13:00:13-05:00SGM Jeff Mccloud4344674<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If you are in the Guard, the one signature you need on your 368 is from the state G1.<br />Whatever has to accompany that 368 in the packet varies state to state.<br />It should route through your CO, BN, BDE for QC only, up to G1.<br />It should take no longer than 30 days to get to G1 if there were no corrections required.<br />Most states' G1 have a personnel action tracker that is visible to BDE and BN S1s, and sometimes companies.<br />Your company at a minimum should be able to ask BN S1 where it is and get an answer.<br />Once approved by the G1, you have 180 days to contract to another component.<br />You must provide the State G1 with a copy of your new contract AND assignment orders for the state to discharge you from the Guard. If you don't complete that step, both your new component and the Guard will both be reporting you as a member, and that will cause Tricare and other problems every month until you resolve it.Response by SGM Jeff Mccloud made Feb 5 at 2019 9:20 PM2019-02-05T21:20:02-05:002019-02-05T21:20:02-05:00SPC Private RallyPoint Member6061641<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Did they ever sign off on it?
