Does anyone know if the Navy SEALs have ever done training audits on other branches of the military?

SEAL TEAM 6 used to do base protection assessments under the operational name of "Red Cell", commanded by CPT Richard Marcinko.
Unfortunately, they exposed a great deal of vulnerability, and embarrassed many senior officials. Sadly, instead of fixing base protection, they just disbanded Red Cell...

Why I am asking this question is in the 90s I went through silver flag alpha one of our overnight exercises we were required to defend an area with limited munitions.
I devised Spiderweb technique of tripwires to cover my area with my two trip flares that I was issued they were not able to breach my side.
Later I was pulled aside by one of the instructors and told that the seal pups were impressed.
Recently I was watching an interview of a seal and he referred to younger seals by the same terminology hence my question thank you for all and any responses

TSgt Michael Brandt - Maybe they were in town/at China Lake and worked out a chance for some infil training, while simultaneously giving the AF a real OPFOR.
I don't see it being a common thing but possibly a target of opportunity type thing. Within service definitely, but across service is a complete different monster.

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, but when I was leaving the Marines, I was FAP'ed out to the Special Operations Training Group, where we basically served as glorified OPFOR/Bullet sponges for different SF units to train with... It's possible other branches have similar programs.

Being that they are a DA force, I don't think they'd really be qualified to audit most of what the Army is trained to do.
Not all SOF does the same thing - most do only a few things, but those few things are almost perfected - hence Special. They sure as hell couldn't tell a single 38B if they were right or wrong unless it was at a range.
They had to go through my Team if they even wanted to enter the country we were in, answer to us, get all personnel action and access through us, etc... So it's not like they're gods and just fly high above the entire military. They have their place. The reason they get what they want and are treated so well by the Navy is because they are dirt cheap compared to anything else the Navy has. 500 new rifles compared to a Tomahawk missile? Yeah, new rifles it is....
P.S. most of em HATE the water
