I guess my last questions haven't been specific enough. I'm trying to find out anything I can about the army discharge review board. Anyone with information or connections to the army discharge review board agency or anyone with any testimonials please help me out.

What is the context or additional details of your situation? You'll fill out some forms and you'll have to articulate why your discharge was inequitable or unjust, provide documented evidence, etc. My best advice is to contact a civilian attorney in your area who specializes in military law and follow their guidance. inquire about their experience with cases similar to yours and make sure that you have an understanding of the strategy that will be used in presenting your case.

You can always have legal counsel enter a notice of appearance and begin preparing in the event that you're denied, there is another option to have the Board for Correction of Military Records, using DoD Form 149, review your case. Legal counsel will also be able to advise in submitting and amended application.

Were you asking for a "paper review" meaning you submit your paperwork and it's reviewed based on that alone? Did you ask to appear before a board in DC or request a traveling board?

So what is your story? (Cliffnotes version surrounding your discharge, what was your argument?)
Did you send the paperwork to the discharge review board? If they deny, I believe that you can appeal that decision. If that fails then you can also submit to the Military Records Corrections. There's more info here http://www.monterey.army.mil/legal/trial_defense/how_to_upgrade_your_discharge.pdf
