I hadn't checked mine in a while but it is now changed to "Awaiting Dir of Mil Pers Mgmt; P06-19; 0 Days in DoD Approval cycle". It looks like things are moving in the right direction, albeit slowly!

Update to Scroll P06-19. As of 07May2019 it is at the SEC of Defense Stage. According to my research this should be final stage before approval.
