How can I determine if I have been grandfathered for RCP?

Does anyone have clear understanding of RCP in the army and grandfathering? I'm currently have 13 years as a Sgt in the army. My 14 year mark would be 20220908. I'm told that have been grandfathered in for 15 years for RCP. No one seems to be able to tell me a straight answer.

Quick Google search of RCP for E5 in the Army:

"The old RCP allowed Soldiers to stay an E-5 for up to 20 years of service if they were promotable. That will be reduced to 15 years if they are on the promotion list and 13 years if not. Beginning June 1, the RCP for privates through privates first class will decrease from eight years service to only five years. Apr 8, 2011"

"Sergeants will be allowed 13 years and those who have been selected for promotion but have not pinned on their stripes yet will be allowed 15 years of service."

It's MILPER Message Number 18-376 but you have to log in with CAC to view it on HRC. Again SFC Boyd probably knows more, that's what I found in a quick search. I didn't see anything about being "grandfathered" in.

RCP is just the date that you cannot reenlist past. You don't get kicked out on the day of your RCP. The current RCP for E5 is 14 years of Active Federal Service. When you reenlist or extend, your new ETS cannot exceed your RCP date by more than 30 days.

RCP only applies to your active time, so if you have a break in service, your reserve time does not count.
