Does anyone have any references for finding a lawyer here in Oklahoma who can sue the VA?

I think this is the direction my claim needs to go. Any ideas that anyone has would be greatly appreciated!!

Go to a VSO they may direct you. You may find references to them on the internet or go top a VFW post. Someone can help you out. Also, a lot of times these people assisting you do not have to be in your state since the VA is federal.

Hire a lawyer who specializes in veterans affairs claims. You dont pay up front. They take like 20% of your claim as payment when they win. Good luck
