Does anyone have any recommendations on what gloves to get that are compliant with MOS 12C duties?

The heavy leather gloves from your TA 50 issue and the black light duty leather shells from your clothing bag issue do the trick, and the TA 50 ones are free, can be DX'd when worn out and replaced through the system in combat.

We ordered and issued the green and grey leather flight gloves through the supply system for our units, they offered flash fire protection for convoy use (IED and EFPs), better dexterity and some pinch protection. Nearly everything 12C's work with is heavy and if you get caught regardless of what gloves you have you're getting some level of injury.

To get off the shelf gloves that will meet standards google or bing PEO Soldier and look under the gloves section for ones that are authorized.
