Does anyone have any info on COMSEC? I'm seeking the rules regarding social media. Where can I go to look it up?

Social Media rules and the traditional acronym of COMSEC are not related. However, the Army did published a directive regarding Social Media conduct. It is either an Army Directive or a MILPER message. I think it is a MILPER message which you can find on HRC's website.

I think you mean OPSEC. COMSEC is the cryptography used to secure signals. If you're looking for the Army Social Media policy, Google will bring it up.

Agreed with SFC Private RallyPoint Member & CSM Carl Cunningham; however, I will add that even if the big Army didn't have policy, the local units could have one. Since the Army has one, the local units can add to it to make it more restrictive, if need be.
