Some AIT allows xbox...
I recommend this... dont worry about lifestyle at AIT... you have your whole career for that. When you get there, ask your PS if they can activate SSD1, do that course, and volunteer for airborne.

That's what I would have done if I could go back.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 9 at 2018 9:36 PM2018-02-09T21:36:20-05:002018-02-09T21:36:20-05:00SPC Diana D.3340041

SPC Private RallyPoint Member When I was stationed there forever ago, I spent a lot of time on the Wichita Wildlife Refuge which is right next door to Fort Sill. Train when it’s time to train and have fun when it’s time to have fun. Just do the right thing, learn your skill, and enjoy everything Sill has to offer. It might not be as much as other posts, but if you look hard enough, you’ll find things to do. Good luck!Response by MAJ(P) Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 10 at 2018 11:21 AM2018-02-10T11:21:57-05:002018-02-10T11:21:57-05:00SGT Shannon Spencer3343906

I was a 68E- I would say, learn all you can and do not be afraid to ask questions- that’s the best advice I was givenResponse by SGT Shannon Spencer made Feb 11 at 2018 12:00 PM2018-02-11T12:00:55-05:002018-02-11T12:00:55-05:00MAJ Terry LaFrance3396368

It's hot af in the summer. Went there for Thanksgiving weekend one year. We went to the museum on Ft. Sill & drove out to Geronimo's grave. That was pretty cool. We also went to the Museum of the Plains. Our favorite part, by far, was the Wichita "Mountains." Lots of awesome wildlife & photo ops. It was pretty cool to look DOWN on the choppers.Response by MSgt Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 4 at 2018 1:14 AM2018-03-04T01:14:30-05:002018-03-04T01:14:30-05:002018-02-09T21:36:45-05:00
