I am trying to set my unit up with a decent one and could use some guidance. Thank you in advance. If you are talking about a document that matches assigned personnel to deployed tasks and duties, that's different and is HIGHLY contingent on the MTOE, UMR, assigned METL, and mission analysis with 100% visibility of assigned missions and specified, implied, and essential tasks. NCOs in the RIP process have to be included to capture all the soldier tasks like ECP, Force Pro, etc.

Getting someone else's won't help with your mission analysis, organization, and manning. I’m the OPS NCOIC and I want to be able to track, more than just basic, SM info ie... SI, SM data, licenses, or anything you all may think would be useful, that maybe you find out is good to have or not. I know I can just make an excel spreadsheet and just put things down. Coming from a “non-combat” MOS, I’m looking for ideas, or advice, on what everyone thinks is “useful.” Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 11 at 2020 5:11 PM 2020-01-11T17:11:39-05:00 2020-01-11T17:11:39-05:00 SSgt Private RallyPoint Member 5440937

Last, First init.
